This workshop will be an opportunity for District Leaders and Coaches to expand learning and network with participants in similar roles. Using the PBIS Implementation Blueprint and the District Systems Fidelity Inventory (DSFI), registrants will receive differentiated technical assistance on how to get ready, get started, and get better in their implementation of PBIS.  Tools, resources, and examples will be shared. 

Objectives

• Participants will gain an increased understanding of the role of district leadership in the successful implementation of PBIS within schools.

• Participants will be able to describe how the District Systems Fidelity Inventory (DSFI) is used for strategic planning.

• Participants will be able to define three key action items by the completion of the session.
